We are seeking a full-time administrator specializing in transaction coordination to join our growing and dynamic real estate team!

Located in downtown Stroudsburg, Redstone Run Realty is an indie boutique brokerage focused on providing our clients an unparalleled service experience. And we believe that starts by empowering our licensed sales agents with the best technology, training and human resources available.

The winning applicant will have an opportunity to work as part of the support team vital to the organization’s operation. In this role, you will be part of a 3+ person administrative team that forms the backbone of the company. In addition to transaction coordination duties, which will be your primary responsibility, you will learn how to perform various administrative tasks such as helping compile agents’ showing packets, listing/data input, general filing and qualifying prospective buyers and sellers over the phone.

As a transaction coordinator, you will manage the lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, title company and the other agent, as well as provide a great service experience to the Redstone Run client, until their transaction closes.

• Reliable, honest and diligent
• Positive attitude
• Previous experience as a transaction coordinator or real estate licensee would be great
• Knowledge of the real estate process would be helpful

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32,000.00 to $37,000.00 /year plus benefits
