Government Relations and Public Policies
The Chamber is charged with being the “Voice of Business” and accepts this responsibility to communicate the needs of the business community and to support initiatives that insure the continued growth and success of business.
The Government Relations and Public Policy Committee provides a legislative voice and explores local, state and national issues and presents them to the Board of Directors for action as needed. Additionally, the Committee keeps our government representatives informed about the needs and concerns of Chamber members and the community at large.
Government Relations and Public Policy Committee meets at 8:00 a.m. the 1st Friday of each month at different locations. Please call the Chamber of Commerce for location information. 570-421-4433.
