The Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce is made up of business people committed to improving the business climate of our area. Our goal is to provide our membership with opportunites to showcase themselves and their business throughout the year. By attending monthly card exchanges, breakfast and luncheon meetings as well as workshops and seminars, businesses have over 100 separate opportunities to meet and interact with fellow business members. Committee involvement is encouraged. Your involvement puts you on the track to success.

Educational Benefits
Business for Breakfast - Fast paced, educational and informational monthly workshop, with a variety of topics, designed to assist businesses to reach the next level. Skilled speakers and presenters share their knowledge and experience and answer questions as well. These workshops are generally held the first Tuesday of each month and are FREE!
HR Conference - This intensive, all day conference allows those who handle the HR function to gather as much information and training as possible, and from the most experienced sources. This conference, held every other year, is an all day event. Throughout the day there are breakout sessions, exhibitor booths and panel discussions. The next conference will be held October 22nd, 2008.

Advertising: The GPCC has a TV magazine show, produced by George Roberts Productions, airing a minimum of twelve times monthly, as well as a radio program, compliments of Nassau Broadcasting. New members are given the opportunity to introduce themselves on the TV show as all members are also encouraged to participate in the radio program. Business Referrals: The Chamber maintains professional lists of builders, realtors, restaurants, retailers, etc., which are supplied upon request. We refer only Chamber members.

Consultation Services: The Chamber offers consulting services to businesses through our Resource Center. Whether you are just starting out or growing an existing business, the Chamber can help you reach your goals. We offer a variety of Business Seminars throughout the year designed to help you succeed.
Membership Directory: Each member receives a double listing in this annual directory both alphabetical and by business category. Paid advertisements are also available in this comprehensive community resource.
Membership List: This list is updated monthly and supplements the annual membership directory. It is available to members upon request. The list can also be purchased electronically formatted in Excel.
Membership Plaques and Decals: Each member receives a plaque and a decal indicating their support of the community through their investment in the Chamber.
Newsletter: The Chamber’s monthly 18-page newsletter "IMPACT" features news about members, Chamber events, community issues, new businesses and offers low cost advertising.
Professional Staff Assistance: The Chamber staff is available to assist with general inquiries and business needs. It is our pleasure to be your primary business resource.
